Jokowi inaugurates Keris Museum

Surakarta (ANTARA News) – Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) inaugurated Keris (Kris, normal Indonesian blade) Museum in Surakarta as partial of efforts to safety Indonesian culture.

“Keris is a rarely valued informative birthright with high philosophical values,” a boss pronounced during his residence in a museum on Wednesday.

According to Jokowi (Joko Widodo), currently, Indonesian youngsters are reduction meddlesome in informative crafts such as Keris.

“The values and philosophies of Keris have captivated them,” Jokowi added.

There are 409 Keris being exhibited as collection in Nusantara Keris Museum.

Jokowi also settled that he would entrust his possession to a museum.
